How do I file an annual return?
You have two options:
- use the Corporations Canada Online Filing Centre; or
- complete Form 22 – Annual Return and follow the filing instructions on the form.
There is a filing fee of $20 for the annual return if filed through the Online Filing Centre or $40 if not filed online.
